SUNDAY 26TH JULY, 15:00 - 17:00 Last restorative practice of the summer! On the last Sunday of every month 2 places in this restorative yoga class are being offered to the people behind @leytonstone_against_racism I am in awe of the work they do and the dedication they have to protest against the threat and presence of the far right and ask questions about privilege and power. In the best way I know I am supporting them with rest, to sustain their efforts, to ensure they are stopping and caring for themselves as much as others. So if you come to this class you are both supporting yourself and this important local action. Because of this there is very limited space so book your spot! BOOK HERE
