The first Tuesday of each month (from 10:30), plus additional walks announced in the group and on the private Facebook group, join Dr Sue Smith for a 1 hour ‘Walk with a Doc’ session! The session starts with a 10 -minute health talk then 45 mins walk followed by optional cafe stop and chat at the end. The walk is flat and classified as ‘slow to medium’ pace. There area some walkers that pick up to a fast pace. If you’re a new walker, please arrive 15 before to sign up.
