This Full Moon Release & Reset invites you to reconnect with your intentions and create space for clarity, balance, and renewal. We will begin with gentle, grounding yoga to ease tension and centre the body. A short pause with herbal tea and light snacks allows you to settle into the calm, reflective atmosphere of the evening. After this, you will experience a guided relaxation and meditation, soothing the nervous system and inviting inner stillness. The session culminates in an immersive sound bath, where the vibrations of sound healing instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and drums, support deep release and restoration.We will close with a quiet reflection and closing circle, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and more aligned.
