Summer Sizzler Gymkhana 2026

It’s summer time so why not come to our fun event and take part in the Gymkhana. Juniors are welcome and encouraged to take part and even better if you bring the family and camp overnight and have a BBQ with others. This all takes place at Shillingstone on a farms grass field so stay over and be ready for the Slalom the next day.

Summer Sizzler Slalom is our first slalom on the grass field at Shillingstone following the gymkhana on the Saturday. Stay overnight on the Saturday if you wish so you will be ready for the Sunday event.

Joiners Day at Lyneham

This is your ticket for your first day driving with the Car Club. You will need to reserve one ticket for each Member learning to drive on the day (Adults/Associates do not need a ticket). It’s an early start on your first day. We will email you with all the details.

Driving at Lyneham

This is a normal driving day, included with your membership. Driving begins after the 10:30am briefing. If you miss the briefing it is important that you speak to the Venue Controller before going on circuit. You will need to pre-register for this venue as it is an active MOD site. All adults will also need to bring ID, as the MOD could ask for this at any time. Note: There is often a Joiners to check the Blog and Newsletter on the week before the event for full details of what else is on.
