There are 10 bells at Sunderland Minster and a team has been established to ring once a month before the 5pm Service of Choral Evensong, and for weddings as requested. Groups of visiting bell ringers from around the country are also welcome to ring, by arrangement. Bell Ringing Practice takes place on the first Monday evening of every month.
