This quiet, guided retreat is designed to encourage participants to encounter God through teaching, prayer, quiet, and creativity. The day starts with prayer and teaching and then we will take the time to respond creatively to the scripture and teaching through glass painting on acrylic sheets and found prayer poetry. No prior experience is necessary for these creative activities as Emma will guide you through them. All the materials for the retreat are supplied but participants are requested to bring something to protect their clothes during the creative section, and a suitable container to take home anything they have made. Eco-Church Summer Swap Event

Join in with the latest eco-church summer swap - in the entrance area of the church between the two morning services. Bring any good condition (complete) outdoor games and toys - this can be for garden or beach - and take something from the table (if you want!). No obligation to bring something to swap if you don't have anything - this is an opportunity for us all to share what we have with others and save a few things being bought from new.
