It's the practice that's supported me most on my personal healing path, and the one I return to every day without even thinking about it. Over the past 8 years, I've guided 500+ healing sessions and taught over 200 Reiki trainings. I specialise in guiding sensitive and empathic students to work with energy in a way that feels safe, structured, and sustainable. Sharing this work continues to be one of my greatest joys.
