Come and join the Denbighshire Dementia Centre based here at Canolfan Eirianfa Centre from 1pm to 3pm every Wednesday for their Taith Ni sessions. The afternoon is open to those living with dementia and their carer/family member. The sessions are a great opportunity to get peer support and have a chat, whilst enjoying a hot drink and sweet treat.
