Through fluid sequences, deep stretches, and breath-led transitions, this class invites you to soften tension, enhance joint mobility, and improve posture. With an emphasis on control and mindfulness, Flex & Flow helps create space in both body and mind—leaving you feeling grounded, open, and rebalanced. Level: Suitable for all levels. Perfect as an active recovery or complement to more strength-focused sessions. Please bring your own grip socks, if you don't have any we can lend you a pair or you can buy a pair for £4 Cancellation Policy At our Pilates studio, we strive to create a welcoming environment for all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone and maintain the quality of our classes, we have instituted a no credit refund policy for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a class or 12 hours for members. The main reason for this policy is to prevent no-shows, which can block other clients who would like to join our classes. We have found many individuals are not comfortable being placed on a waitlist, so we want to ensure that all spots are available to those who are eager to participate.
