Forage & Create Saturday 6th June 10am–12pm Join us for a peaceful morning in nature filled with foraging, creativity, herbal tea, seasonal food and slow living. Together we will wander through nature learning about a handful of seasonal plants, their traditional uses and how they can be used in simple everyday remedies and creations. We will mindfully forage together before gathering to create a seasonal herbal product to take home whilst enjoying herbal tea and sampling seasonal wild-inspired foods together outdoors. This workshop is not about learning hundreds of plants or making things feel overwhelming. It is about slowing down, reconnecting with nature, learning simple skills and rediscovering the magic of the natural world. The workshop will include: • Gentle guided foraging • Learning about seasonal plants and their uses • Herbal tea in nature • Sampling seasonal wild-inspired foods • Creating a seasonal herbal remedy or product to take home • Relaxed outdoor connection and slow living vibes Perfect for anyone wanting to reconnect with nature, learn something new and spend a calm and creative morning outdoors. £33 per person Spaces are limited. Sound Healing Sleepover Saturday 13th June 8pm – Sunday 8am Forgotten Forest Cabin, Brighouse Women Only Have you ever finished a sound healing and wished you didn’t have to go home? I hear it all the time. People often say they could happily stay where they are, wrapped in blankets, feeling peaceful, relaxed and completely switched off from the outside world. Well now you can. Join us for a cosy overnight Sound Healing Sleepover in the Forgotten Forest cabin. This is not a retreat with a packed schedule. There is no pressure, no expectations and nowhere to be. Just an evening dedicated to comfort, rest, connection and sleep. Arrive in your pyjamas, bring your favourite blanket, pillow, hot water bottle, cosy socks or anything else that helps you feel comfortable. We will settle into the cabin, enjoy a relaxed evening together with snacks, herbal teas and gentle conversation before drifting into a deeply relaxing crystal bowl sound healing. As the sounds fade and the candlelight softens, you can simply allow yourself to drift off to sleep surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the cabin. The mattresses are wonderfully comfortable and will be made up with blankets and cushions, but you are welcome to bring anything else that helps you the night you will have access to toilet, shower and sink facilities whenever needed. This is your space. If you decide you would rather head home at any point, you are completely welcome to do so.
