Save the date … An interactive storytelling experience of the book, The Emperor and the Nightingale by Hans Christian Anderson. Enjoy a classic fairy tale, in a new way, through interactive storytelling, as Author, Performer and Artist, Steven Skinley shares the magic of the narrative and dancer Marie-Louise Flexen portrays the Nightingale and invites participatory movement. Followed by a crafting activity for children. Each child will have the opportunity to design, make and take home their own magical bird mask. This project is funded by Arts Council England and supported by Swindon Dance. Most suitable for ages 5-10 years old (children must be supervised by a parent/carer) Presented by Stroud Valleys Project - watch this space, bookings open soon!
