Come spend an afternoon at Birch Farm with Head gardener Josh Sparkes from The Collective at Woolsery looking at the beauty and joy of Food Forest gardening. Food Forests play a vital role in Birch Farms approach to resilience and Natural Farming. Josh will discuss the ability they have to heal the landscape and make an edible system that allows us to cohabit with our wildlife. Josh will discuss the design, management and plant choice in depth and give advice on how you can start your own food will also be a chance to try different edible leaves, vegetables, fruits and nuts as we tour the farm, along with some Food Forest herbal teas. With your workshop confirmation you receive 5% off throughout The Collective at Woolsery on the day; join us for lunch at The Farmers Arms, pick up supplies at J Andrew Shop.
