The aims of the Game of 3 Halves are: — Use sport to promote respect for diversity and positive community relations. — Encourage young people to play sport in a fun, safe and inclusive environment. �� Create new friendships and encourage young people to get active. What does a Game of 3 Halves coaching session look like? Welcome the boys and girls explain the concept of Game of 3 Halves. Mix the group up and break the group into 4 smaller groups 25. Rotate the coaching sessions of rugby, football, gaelic, basketball and tennis based on fun drills and games around the 5 zoned areas so that each group gets to play each sport.
