This is a 12-week online course for women who have been subjected to abuse or controlling behaviour and are ready to rebuild their sense of self, safety, and confidence gently but firmly. It’s not about fixing you, you are not broken, it is about understanding what you have lived through, how its shaped your choices, coping strategies, and relationships, and how to begin reclaiming your life on your own terms. ( see poster attached) This course is free and open to all women.
