Book with Richard > Saturday 12th September A life-changing workshop which incorporates modern psychotherapy and ancestral healing techniques to reveal hidden dynamics in our lives and support a road map to healing. Benefits include resolving long-standing work, health or relationship issues, to seeking a change in life direction or a draw towards deeper self-enquiry in a safe, confidential space. Suitable for everyone, whether new or experienced, and no special background is required. There will be a mix of individual & group exercises, sharing circles, and meditations. Richard responds intuitively to the themes or topics arising to guide the day. Each session is standalone. Coming to more than one or continuing regularly helps deepen the work and the benefits.
