About this event
Are you a parent or carer of a primary school aged child? Would you like to meet other parent /carers for coffee and cake ? Come and join us at The Haven Cafe which is running once a month on a Thursday morning from 10.00am to 11.30 am here at Colchester Road Baptist Church. The Haven Cafe gives you the opportunity to have 1.5 hrs to yourself to chat to other parent and carers or just to sit with a hot drink in the peace and quiet. The cafe is run by our Children and Family Ministry Lead, who will be there to make your drinks and be a listening ear to those who need it or will happily join in with the conversation. This cafe is child free which gives parents and carers the opportunity to sit, relax and chat and focus on themselves which is so important when being a parent or carer.
