Terms and Conditions Tickets are sold subject to our terms and conditions Wheelchair users and other seating accommodation requests If you are a wheelchair user or have another request for seating accommodation, please book via telephone () or email the office at least one week in advance so we can make arrangements to meet your needs. One carer per wheelchair user may attend at no cost if booked at the same time. Please note that at present we regret the platform lift at the front entrance to the building is out of service. It is possible to gain access at the rear of the building with only one small step to negotiate, but you must contact the Tower office in advance if you wish to come in this way.
