Join local teacher Juliet Gallagher for Chair Yoga – a friendly, welcoming class that’s suitable for everyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years. Chair yoga is ideal if you’d like to improve mobility, balance and wellbeing without having to get down on the floor. Come along, enjoy some mindful movement, and leave feeling lighter and brighter. Juliet is a fully qualified yoga and Pilates teacher with specialist training in Yin Yoga and Yoga for Health, so you’ll be in safe and experienced hands. All welcome – just come as you are.
