Or complete the first 5k loop and call it a day and build up to more distance as you feel confident. There is no pressure to complete the full 10km, just breathe in the surroundings and enjoy the views as you go! We have graded the route blue on the trail running guide due to its uneven terrain and distance from the event hub. The route includes running along narrow coastal footpaths which can be uneven and have steep steps in places. Briefing starts at 9am. No need to pre-book.
