Experience the physical, mental and emotional power of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapy Created with wisdom, by master Kusum Modak, AYMT is inspired by her knowledge of authentic yoga and Ayurvedic massage. The complete method counts on over 120 manoeuvres, allowing a tailored approach to each client. Slow and deep touches characterise the method. Using natural oils and powders extracted from the medicinal plant cálamo, therapists perform deep work using a combination of glides, traction, and pressure with both the hands and feet. This stimulates the circulation and prepares the body for assisted stretches. This intense work, combined with conscious breathing, bestows a state of meditation and recuperation of our vital energy, also known as prana.
