About this event
This year, we are excited to present a new story on our high field… Frederick was accidentally apprenticed to pirates as a child, serving until his 21st birthday. On that day, he hoped to leave, only to discover that his birthday falls on February 29th, meaning he is technically just 4 years old. The pirate king realises Frederick has another 63 years to serve on the ship. With only the incompetent Penzance constabulary for protection, will Frederick be forced to work until he is 84, and will his sweetheart Mabel wait for him? Join Illyria for an evening filled with wit, satire and glorious music, featuring a 6-member cast accompanied by a full orchestra.
