Macro Photography Workshop – Elgin Date: 26 July 2026 Start: 1:30pm – 5:30pm Location: Elgin Cost: £75 Overview Macro photography opens a whole new world of subjects and interest to photographers and audiences. This workshop offers a blend of theory and practical work, and explores ways to create beautiful close-up images. With lots of hands-on learning experience focused on capturing close-up images of small subjects such as insects, flowers, textures, and everyday objects,. you will be introduced to key concepts of macro photography such as: light,& lighting methods magnification depth of field focusing methods Eligibility The workshop is open to all ages, and although a DSLR would be most beneficial, phone or tablet users are welcome.
