A Shopping Trip to Remember is an experimental concert series devised by Hannah McLoughlin , Samuel Leith Taylor and Shannon-Latoyah Simon . Each edition invites together a wild and ever evolving lineup of artists to share works in progress, live experiments, and performances that thrive in uncertainty. A Shopping Trip to Remember is rooted in collaboration and curiosity – creating space for experimentalists across sound and interdisciplinary practices.

The London Premiere of a new film by Hasan Kattan and Fadi Al-Halabi Director: Hasan Kattan UK-Syria 2026. 40min Event includes a Q&A with Hasan Kattan Syrian filmmakers Hasan Kattan and Fadi Al-Halabi experienced and documented the atrocities of the war in Syria. After entering the UK, they find themselves part of the asylum process, wondering whether their new lives will ever become a reality. Made as part of the Displacement Film Fund launched by UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador Cate Blanchett, and co-produced by Counterpoints Productions, this moving first-person documentary explores the power of cinema to bring refugee stories to the big screen. Contains scenes of war and graphic violence or injury. Presented by BFI Southbank as part of their Refugee Week programme. Full information and tickets
