Craft a Mugwort smoke stick to take home with you. Gentle Yoga: A sweet, embodied yoga practice designed to help you land fully in your body, soften tension, and open to the energies of Mugwort. With mindful movement, breath awareness, and radical self kindness, this practice will help you awaken your senses, activate your intuition, and ground you in the wisdom of your body. Breathwork & Energywork: Grounding breathwork to help counterbalance Mugwort’s expansive nature, and energywork to compliment her medicine.
