About this event
In this experimental course you will learn the various steps to making your own bas relief flower & nature plaster cast tiles. The course will cover rolling out the clay, designing and arranging the flowers and creating your own mould for the casting process. You will be using different shaped frames to create a selection of plaques. There will be flowers and foliage for you to choose from however, bringing a very small bunch of flowers/herbs/leaves/wildflowers/grasses of your choice from your own garden, means you can make a cast specific to you. Over the course of the day you will make a range of small tiles to take home. Please note there is a £10 material charge payable on the day.
