Join us as we honor the turning of the wheel of the year - four sacred gatherings aligned with the Equinoxes and Solstices. Each event weaves together the elements of nature with the rhythms of body and spirit, guiding you through cycles of balance, release, and renewal. Every ceremony begins with a handwritten guided meditation, flows into conscious dance, and closes with a soothing sound bath and heart-opening cacao ceremony. Together, we move in harmony with the earth’s shifting energy - breathing, moving, and being in rhythm through the seasons.
