Andrew Bird Joe Wells Paul Tonkinson Show details: Joe Wells Joe made his name as a political comedian with critically acclaimed Fringe shows including ‘Night Of The Living Tories’, ’10 Things I Hate About UKIP’ and ‘I Hope I Die Before I Start Voting Conservative’, in recent years he has found online and live success with more personal material about mental health and being autistic. Joe is a favourite amongst other comedians and has supported Frankie Boyle, Alexei Sayle and Stephen K Amos. In 2020 Joe went viral with his stand up clip ‘Joe Wells on having a non-autistic brother’ which gained over 4.5 million views across Twitter, Facebook, Tiktok and YouTube. With more clips gaining views in the millions since Joe now has 160k social media followers across platforms. In 2023 Joe embarked on his first solo tour selling out venues of up to 300, this was followed by another successful solo tour in 2024. Joe’s podcast Neurodivergent Moments with Abigoliah Shamaun is available here. Joe regularly speaks about neurodiversity for corporate and charity clients. He will be supporting Stephen Bailey at his sold out Bloomsbury Theatre show this spring before going on to perform in Oslo and all over Scandinavia. He is hosting some of the biggest corporate events and awards shows the industry including the HFM European Financial Services Awards at the Natural History Museum, An Audience with Jimmy Anderson and the ISPS Handa Mike Tindall Celebrity Golf Classic. You might also catch him as the studio warm up for the Graham Norton Show, Loose Women, Loose Men and The Claudia Winkleman Show. Jimmy also performed in Los Angeles the prestigious ‘Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach and in Canada for the first time appearing at the renowned Yuk Yuks comedy chain.
