Join us every Saturday for a gentle healing Qigong class, and discover the quiet, life-changing magic of this ancient mind, body, breath practice. Beginners welcome £15 per single class (or just £12.50 each for a block booking of 4 or more classes) To develop your practice, you can book a BLOCK of 4 or 6 classes and save £10-£15.
