In preparation for this meeting the PCC produces several reports on the activities and finances of the Church in the previous calendar year as well as looking ahead to the future. The meeting is also a chance to ask questions of the reports and elect (with voting if required) wardens, PCC & Deanery Synod members, as necessary. Do join us to hear all that we have to celebrate in the life of the church over the last year. Wine, soft drinks and light refreshments will be served.

Noah's Ark Stay & Play

This playgroup is for parents & carers with pre-school children (from birth to 5 years). Come and gather together for fun, refreshments, bible stories and live music! Our play areas include indoor and outdoor spaces with toys, wendy house, play ship plus much more. The book that accompanies the course is £2.50 Contents include: — The 'why' of evangelism — What is the Good News of Christianity? — What is friendship evangelism? — This is my story — Demonstrating the Good News — How can we be empowered for evangelism?

IGNITE Youth Group

Calling all young people in school years 7-11 from Shottermill and beyond. IGNITE is a fun, friendly and exciting midweek group for teens! A place for you to come and feel included in a loving and supportive community! It is free and runs every Wednesday during term time, from 7-8:30pm at St Stephen's Church Shottermill. Come find us in the Cabin, through the gate in the church carpark. We have games, food (pizza, crisps, hot chips, etc), table tennis, football and regular socials like Air hop, pool parties and theme park days! Each evening presents a optional opportunity to spend some time together exploring faith and what being a Christian is all about! All free and all teens in school years 7-11 welcome.

FLAMES Children's Group

Flames is our weekly, free and action packed children's group. It is aimed for children in school years 3-6! We have a night filled with games, fun, crafts and an exciting bible story! We also host termly socials like Pizza Parties, movie nights, Air Hop, pool parties and much more!! Come find us at St Stephen's church Shottermill. All children welcome! Weekly group is free and snacks and drinks will be provided!

Watoto Children's Choir

Join us for this FREE concert here at St Stephen's Church. In September 2025, Watoto, a Christ-centered ministry in Uganda, East Africa, brings you the Watoto Children's Choir performing songs from their brand-new album, "Better Days—There Is Hope". Watoto Children's Choirs have traveled extensively since 1994 sharing a message of hope for Africa's most vulnerable children and women. During that time, the choirs have performed for the President of the United States, met Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, and visited almost every major parliament in the world. Donations Welcome The proceeds made from the album will help Watoto continue to provide vulnerable children with an education, medical care, a safe place to call home, and most of all the love of a family.
