About this event
Aiki Shotokan karate club seminar. Looking at the throws and throwing techniques found within the Heian kata. No knowledge of the katas is required. For those that already know the throws, this will provide a concentrated practice session. Open to all grades. £15/person. Please contact us to book your place/places. Places are limited so please book early.
