A faster paced Nordic Walk suitable for those wishing to increase their fitness levels. (Gear 2 with bursts of Gear 3) A lovely walk through rolling countryside around Upham and Baybridge. Upham is a lovely village with a church, duck-pond and a pub. There are a couple of stiles on the route and some great views!
