Energise: Staying Strong Together- Creche and Pebbles Leader Training

Serving in a church toddler group is a joy! But we all know it can be tiring, messy, and, at times, a real stretch too. In this training evening we'll explore how "Staying Strong Together" as a toddler group team will help you keep that joy no matter how crazy the role is. Let us give you practical tools and strategies that will help you grow in unity, encouragement, and resilience as you serve families together week by week. What to expect: Biblical Examples. We will launch the session by opening scripture and gleaning wisdom from the ministry teams who serve together and will reflect on how to keep pointing one another to Jesus, the source of our unity and strength, so that our care for others flows from Him rather than from our own reserves. Practical tips. We'll unpack strategies like showing appreciation, sharing the load, handling challenges graciously, and creating a culture where every team member feels valued and supported, not just in theory, but practically applied simply and easily. Real examples. We'll share stories of some of these strategies in action. Your whole team will be encouraged that simple small changes make a big difference, and will hear stories that make you think "that could happen here too". Rich conversations. You'll have two different opportunities to chat as a team (or with others you don't yet know if you'd rather) where you can begin to apply all of this to your own context.
