Join our volunteer Ranger led walk across the estate to discover many hidden stories from the past and learn about some of the wildlife that calls Belton Park home. This classic river walk along the River Witham on Belton Estate, with its intimate scenery, woods, fields, wildlife and the river itself, provides the perfect excuse to leave the car and enjoy the wonderful backdrop of Belton Estate. As we walk, we will chat about Ratty from Wind in the Willows and the predators that are making his life difficult, bats that feed off the river, the conservation work we have undertaken, and of course, the deer. This walk is now dog-friendly. All dogs must be kept on a lead and must be sociable with other dogs and people. Up to 2 hours - distance, 3.3Km.
