About this event

Our team of Digital Health Champions are helping people learn how to use their smartphones, tablets and computers to connect to the internet safely, use email, communicate by making voice and video calls and complete online forms. With these skills, people are then able to access online health services, attend online classes and group sessions, use the NHS app, and more. This initiative aims to improve people’s health and wellbeing, reduce loneliness, decrease the burden on our local NHS and increase people’s ability to access online services and resources. Groups We currently have eight groups set up in locations across Bedfordshire. New groups are being launched soon, so keep an eye out for more information.
