Unique grime duo Pete & Bas head to SWG3 TV Studio on Thursday 15 October 2026. If you were to listen to the duo you'd be forgiven for thinking they were a young, up and coming duo, who's lyrics about life on gritty estates and day to day struggles perfectly encapsulate the feelings of many disenchanted youths in Britain today – however, they are a both in their 70s. The pair grew fond of grime when they heard Pete's granddaughter playing it in her car, and quickly decided they would give it a go. Their quirky, on-the-nose brand of stereotype-squashing grime immediately caught the attention of millions, and the duo are now something of a British music phenomenon.
