About this event

Psalms & Stretches is a gentle exercise class combining movement with meditation on scripture from the book of Psalms. A place where wellbeing meets worship. When: Wednesdays 13:45-14:45pm (If you are new to the class, please arrive 10 minutes before class) Cost: Pay what you can (suggested donation £7-£10) This helps us keep the class running. Accessibility: This class requires us to be able to sit comfortably on the floor and move in different stretches. But as a non-impact class, it is suitable for all levels of fitness.
