Writer Deborah Elliott, who is passionate about her family history and helping others to unlock their own family stories, presents this fascinating talk about her framework knitting ancestors, the Price Family. A tale encapsulated in her book From Ruddington to Cromford, encompassing Nottinghamshire, the Peak District and even Florence Nightingale. Deborah’s talk features local actors Sarah Burton and Leo Lanzoni, previously seen in ‘Riot Act’ at the museum, reading extracts from her book.
