Poetry Please (event code 2616)

Poetry Please and Afternoon Tea. Thursday July 30th from 13.30 to 15.30 at Cambo Village Hall. The event will be hosted by the ladies of Cambo WI who will serve you with one of their renowned afternoon teas. As with the Radio 4 programme of that name (any listeners amongst you?) please bring along a favourite poem (not too long!!), perhaps share with us why it is a favourite, and read it to your audience of WI ladies. If shy, bring along a poem that can be read out for you. We will then all enjoy afternoon tea. Time & Weather permitting a tour of the village can be taken. Cost pp. £14.00. C/d Tuesday July 14th.
