Miles Mindlin is an award-winning virtuoso jazz guitarist, composer and bandleader from London. He is based in New York City after completing his masters at the Manhattan School of Music on a scholarship. He is highly in demand across the UK, the USA and Europe and has performed his own music at venues such as: Royal Albert Hall, Ornithology Jazz club, NYC Closeup, Dizzy's Club (Lincoln Center, NYC), the Owl (Brooklyn), Copenhagen Jazz Festival and Aarhus Jazz Festival. His debut album, released on the Fresh Sound Records label in November 2023 features all original compositions which draw on literature, film and music in equal measure. He recorded his second album on January 23rd, 2026, featuring an all-star band that includes his mentor Dayna Stephens, a leading figure in modern jazz. The session also featured Jonas Esser and Simón Willson, both highly in-demand and respected musicians on the New York City scene. The album will present Mindlin's original compositions, wriEen over the past two years while living and working in NYC. Tanhai Collective

Emerging UK Jazz band Tanhai Collective perform unreleased tracks from their yet to be recorded debut full length album. Drawing from 70's Funk and 90's post rock acts like Stereolab their new album sits on Modal grooves with memorable hooks and head nodding rhythms. 6 piece instrumental outfit Tanhai Collective draw from Classic Soul Jazz and the jazzier end of post rock. Their groove heavy and melodic music utilises 70’s production and recording techniques for groovy, explosive and occasionally dubbed out tracks. For fans of Donald Byrd or Badbadnotgood. Their newest album ‘Circa 2019’ set for August 2025 release goes back to their roots for melody forward, groove laden 70s Jazz Funk. Recorded and cut in one day the tracks dive head first into a live sound, reminiscent of classic recordings of the analogue era. After laying down the groundwork for a modern jazz sound with the release of their first 2 EPs ‘The Tanifesto’ & ‘In Lane’ respectively, the band headlined London’s Jazz Cafe, held a year long residency at ‘Parliamentary Jazz Venue of the Year’ runner up 91 Living Room, and supported Herbie Hancock’s headhunters at Ronnie Scotts for back to back nights. In Autumn 2025 they release ‘circa 2019’ alongside a UK tour performing at London’s Jazz Cafe, Manchester’s Band on the Wall, Rough Trafe Bristol and Norwich Arts Centre. Alongside a glittering session career (David Byrne, Ray Davies, Morcheeba), piano player and songwriter Dom Pipkin has been described by Blues in Britain as “one of the world’s greatest exponents of New Orleans piano”. He first discovered the New Orleans style in the early 90s, and has gone on to become a regular visitor and performer in that city, with appearances that include the highly acclaimed “Piano Night” and the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage festival. He is a regular fixture on the European blues and boogie Woogie festival circuit having played 1000’s of club and theatre, radio and TV dates in a career spanning nearly three decades. Jazz star Jamie Cullum says “I can’t hold a candle to this guy”. Pipkin developed a particular specialisation for the unique flavours of maverick New Orleans piano star James Booker (1939 - 1983) capturing the player’s trademark combination of driving blues married with rhapsodic classical influences. He was invited to play at the world premiere of the documentary “Bayou Maharajah” at SXSW in 2014, and at multiple subsequent screenings of the film. Pipkin regularly performs and records in New Orleans, and has shared stages with legends such as Allen Toussaint, Dr John and Screamin’ Jay Hawkins. Grammy award winner Jon Cleary invites him to jam whenever he’s in town. In live shows Pipkin mixes his own compelling songwriting with blues and Big Easy classics.

Down To The Bone

Grammy Nominated project with over Half Million Sales "hailed as the kings of UK jazz groove". Down To The Bone is Stuart Wade as producer, writer and mastermind behind the whole groove project, working with other talented musicians and co-writers to bring together a project of good grooves. Set up at the tail end of 1995 when Wade decided to take a track from the soul band he was in at the time, Think Twice, and remix it to give it a rawer and stripped down feel. The result was the Down To The Bone remix of the track 'Joy Is Free' which had great success. This Way Forward will be released on Dome/Cherry Red Records on 5th June. Following on from the success of his remix he teamed up with Think Twice keyboard player, Simon Greenaway, to put together a string of songs. This resulted in the first release on a 12” single of Staten Island Groove . Released on Internal Bass Records, a label Wade set up with another member of Think Twice. This resulted in rave reviews for the single and club and radio play across the U.K. It was at this time that Stuart decided to try to complete an album, From Manhattan To Staten , a title Wade came up with to show his influences from across the pond, it was decided to try to take the whole sound over to America to see what would happen.
