Time: Thursday, 16 April 2026 at 10:00Details: Take a Break is a lunch and social club for people with mild to moderate dementia. This group runs on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month and every Thursday from 10am-2pm. / It is a group whereby families can leave their loved ones with trained staff, knowing that they are in a safe and friendly environment. The aim is to encourage and promote their individual abilities and so giving them a sense of self-worth. The time is filled with plenty of conversation, games, quizzes, craft and singing. / Drinks and biscuits are provided along with a two course lunch. People attending this group have stated “we love each other here like family”. / This, in itself, makes our journey well worthwhile.Location: The Pathways Centre
