About this event

This ticket is for a disabled person plus their official carer. If you require space in the wheelchair area please contact us to book. Gates open 5pm for fast track and disabled and 5.30pm for everyone else. Fast Track and Disabled enter via MARYGATE entrance. Standard ticket holders enter via MUSEUM STREET entrance. Ticket gives access to the lawned area to watch the concert. You will need to bring your own fold up picnic chairs. Picnics are welcome and we will also have catering on site. Please select your required ticket type and ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before completing your order. Completing your order assumes acceptance of the terms and conditions. Tickets are digital and you will need to either present your smartphone to show your downloaded tickets/email or Apple Wallet ticket with QR code to the gate staff, or print out your tickets and bring them with you. If you have any problems with this and are unable to get help from a friend or family member, you can also buy via the Visit York Information Centre in person or by calling to get your tickets printed out. Terms and Conditions of Booking Refunds: Tickets are refundable up until three months before the event (before 26th April 2025) minus a £3 per ticket cancellation fee, and partially refundable until one month before )26th June 2026), subject to our refund policy schedule (see below and website FAQs for full details).
