А unique concert will take place on June 13th at 6:30PM at the stunning Bradford Cathedral located in the heart of Bradford. The Miyazaki Dreams concert is an immersion in the fabulous atmosphere of anime of the world-famous Japanese director and Oscar winner Hayao Miyazaki. Mystery Ensemble has collected magical music from his anime and compositions inspired by his creations. The evening programme includes renowned works composed by ingenious Joe Hisaishi, including My Neighbor Totoro, the legendary anime Spirited Away, Howl’s Moving Castle, Laputa: Castle in the Sky and others. The programme also includes works by other composers inspired by Miyazaki’s artworks. Musical themes will take viewers into famous anime stories’ atmosphere and introduce brave heroines, magical creatures and characters inspired by Japanese folklore. This concert is part of a series of immersive musical experiences created by Red Events & Distribution Ltd., known for their exceptional cultural events in historic mansions, on scenic rooftops, in botanical greenhouses, and other atmospheric venues across the UK, Europe, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and beyond. Their repertoire includes candlelit concerts and fully immersive performances with video art and spatial sound design.

Ever wondered what’s in a church, masjid, mandir or gurdwara? The Bradford Faith Trail offers a unique opportunity to discover a little bit about Muslim, Hindu, Sikh and Christian (Roman Catholic and Church of England) faith buildings, about the faiths within and how they link into Bradford’s local community culture and faith heritage. The Bradford Faith Trail takes in five fascinating places of worship. You can visit as many places of worship as you like – each place of worship will be open for set times and you will be shown round by experienced guides who are there to answer your questions, and to make your visit more informative and enjoyable. You will then be accompanied to the next venue. The Faith Trail normally takes place on the first Saturday of the month from March-October and can be walked on foot in a day. The whole trail starts at 10am at St Peter’s Catholic Church and finishes at approx 3:45pm at Bradford Cathedral Booking is essential. ‘Modelling the Cathedral’ Celebration Event

Michael Scott’s N Scale Model of Bradford Cathedral to be unveiled with a talk, Q&A, and viewing. After more than a year of work, Burley in Wharfedale modeller and YouTuber Michael Scott has recreated the remarkable landmark building of Bradford Cathedral in N Scale. Michael will share insights into the two-year project, reveal surprising details uncovered during his research, and give visitors the rare chance to see the miniature cathedral up close. After the presentation of his journey through the build, there will be opportunities to ask questions in a Q&A. The intricate model, built entirely from card and paper, has been documented over 33 YouTube episodes that explore both the making process and the rich history of the Cathedral itself. The celebration is open to fans of his channel, lovers of architecture, and anyone with an interest in Bradford’s heritage. The event is free to attend but guests are requested to reserve their places by booking a free ticket.
