Art School… in a trail! is a spotter trail from Kids in Museums and Hachette, celebrating the release of Art School (in a book), an exciting introduction to the world of art for young creatives from the makers of hit podcast Talk Art, actor Russell Tovey and gallerist Robert Diament.

This summer join us for our third year of ‘Kipper’s Summer Club’. Come to our summer activities and receive your own Club Member Card to collect stamps every time you participate. Ships have long been guarded by the watchful eyes of carved figureheads. Now it’s your turn to make a miniature “guardian of the sea” with colourful clay. Rag Rug Flowers Workshop and Drop-In

Join us for a sustainable craft session inspired by our temporary exhibition ‘Pins and Needles: Domestic Arts and Crafts’. Using recycled fabric scraps and traditional rag rug techniques, we’ll show you how to bloom a garden of colorful fabric flowers to brighten up your home. For wee ones, we’ll have ‘snip and stick’ versions that are perfect for practicing fine motor skills, ensuring even the smallest hands can ‘grow’ something beautiful.
