Immersed In Sound: Restorative Yoga & Personal Sound Healing Assists An evening of deep rest, healing, and renewal through restorative yoga and immersive sound. Join Isis and Rachel for a deeply restorative evening designed to calm the nervous system, invite profound relaxation, and restore balance to body and mind. This special two-hour experience weaves together the nourishing practice of restorative yoga with the therapeutic power of sound healing. As you settle into fully supported postures, you will be immersed in a rich sound bath created with a variety of healing instruments, allowing layers of tension to gently dissolve. Throughout the session, Isis and Rachel will also offer individual sound healing assists using therapeutic singing bowls, placing and playing the bowls on or around the body where appropriate. These gentle vibrations can help deepen relaxation, encourage energetic balance and create a uniquely personal healing experience within the shared group practice. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
