This is for K2 (anyone in school years 10 to 13) hosted at The Metcalfe's House: 2 Pine Walk, Surbiton, KT5 8NJ at 5pm until 7pm. This will particularly is a 'Goodbye' to those of our wonderful group who are going off to university or moving. It will be a great opportunity to have fun, eat BBQ, & play some games,... We would love to see you there.

Body & Soul - Thursdays - 7am (45 min class) Cross Training�� Join us for a combination of cardio and strength training. This will be a moderate to high intensity workout for the whole body. Classes are at Christ Church Surbiton Hill (8 Christ Church Road, Surbiton, KT5 8JJ) and you can enter through the main entrance. Come and train with a qualified Body & Soul Coach, reach your fitness goals, build community with others, and strengthen your body and soul. Our classes run on a PAY WHAT YOU CAN basis - with no joining fees or contacts. We suggest £10 per class, but if you cannot afford this, you can pay what you can between ��1-£10 per class. Sign up below and choose the amount that you are able to pay. We look forward to seeing you soon!
