Everyone is welcome for this inspiring Buddhist ritual. With excerpts from one of the great works of Buddhism, the Bodhicaryāvatāra by Shantideva, along with poetry, mantra and meditation, the Seven Fold Puja can connect us to our emotions, our values and a sense of our own potential in this world. This follows the Sunday Session from 10am-12pm, so why not come along for both. Entry is free and there is no need to book.
