On Wednesday 29th July, we will be raising money for Stanley Baker who plays for Devon and has been selected to tour Sri Lanka later this year. Having come through the ranks at Cornwood Cricket Club, starting out with soft ball, moving up to hard ball colts cricket and more recently playing in the full adult sides, with a couple of appearances in the First X1 last year in the Premier League Stanley is just about to embark on a full on Under-15 season with Devon culminating in an amazing opportunity and trip to South Africa having been selected and invited to join the October 2026 Tour Our quiz will start at 7:30pm. To book your table and help support Stanley’s tour, give us a call! TEAMS OF 6 – £2 PER PERSON – 7PM ARRIVAL FOR A 7:30 START

Wacky World Cup Drinking Challenge

The World Cup Drinking Challenge Is Back It’s that time again, the challenge that’s become a Walkhampton tradition. From 11th June to 19th July, we’ll be running our World Cup Drinking Challenge once again. This year the rules are slightly different, but the idea is the same: 39 days, 33 drinks inspired by countries in the World Cup, each one £1.50. You’ve got the whole tournament to work through the list, choosing which days you come in. All we ask is that you’re with us on Day 1 and Day 39, and that you stick to one drink per day. Finish the full set and you’ll earn your own engraved tankard, kept behind the bar ready for every future visit, plus a £20 bar voucher to toast your victory. We’re gathering interest now, so if you fancy taking part, feel free to call, pop in, or message us to get your name down. A new summer, a new World Cup, and maybe a new tankard on the wall. Will you take on the challenge?!

Summer Sessions: Boy Bands VS Girl Bands

Join us for the final Summer Sessions party of the year as we wrap up the season in style. This time, the theme is Boy Bands vs Girl Bands.
