The Duck Race is BACK! Get ready for a quacking good day out as hundreds of ducks take to the water in the race of the year! 21st August 2026 Victoria Park (What3Words: ///length.duck.ending) How to Join the Fun 1 Adopt Your Duck Purchase your racing duck online. 2 Collect Your Competitor Pick up your duck from the Doddridge Centre. 3 Duck-orate! Give your duck its own unique style. Superheroes, pirates, princesses, racing drivers – anything goes! 4 Enter the Race Bring your duck along on the day and submit it before 10am . 5 Cheer Them On! Head to the riverside, enjoy the atmosphere, and see if your duck has what it takes to be champion! Entry Fees £2 per duck £5 Family Entry (includes caregivers and children) Make a Day of It! The fun doesn't stop at the river! Join us at the Doddridge Centre from 10am – 4pm for a fantastic family fun day packed with: Community stalls Inflatables Delicious food and refreshments Family rides and attractions Whether you're racing a duck, browsing the stalls, enjoying a bite to eat, or bouncing the day away, there's something for everyone to enjoy!
