Hypnobirthing Classes in West Yorkshire & Online

All of my hypnobirthing classes are relaxed and engaging, I use plenty of demonstrations to make things memorable. Don’t panic, I won’t make you do anything weird, I won’t be hypnotising you either. You can choose how involved you would like to be and there is absolutely no pressure at all to participate in anything, it’s all very relaxed. There are a few options available in terms of choosing a class that suits you best. All of my hypnobirthing classes are available either online or in-person within West Yorkshire.
