YOGA RETREATS SHAKTI YOGIS LTD I have been running retreats in the UK and worldwide since 2016. My passion for travel, adventure, and yoga is combined to offer unique experiences. So far, I have hosted retreats in the French Alps, Italy, Kerala, Sri Lanka, and Marrakech. When you choose to go on a yoga retreat, you have already made a big decision to look after yourself. On my UK yoga retreats and worldwide yoga retreats, connections happen externally and internally. From the moment you arrive, you will feel welcomed, and discover there are like-minded souls just like you, who have chosen to put themselves first. A retreat with me is time to stop from your busy life, to breathe, and to put your health and well-being first. You will have time to reflect and look at another perspective. The Accommodation at my venues is always comfortable and mostly luxurious homes or villas, with areas for quiet time. Read a book, take a little walk, have a nap in between sessions, there is no judgment on how you spend your time. Take deep breaths, find your own rhythm, and then move. Yoga helps the body move with a beautiful balance of freedom and strength.
